Patrick Kennedy
Head of Client Services
After graduating with a first degree in Chinese & Italian and an M.Phil in Directing, Patrick began his career in arts marketing with the Ambassador Theatre Group in 2011 before joining AKA and Dewynters working with clients such as Sonia Friedman and David Ian and on shows such as Wicked and Kinky Boots. Patrick founded i am in 2016 with Louis Hartshorn and David Hutchinson, two of the most successful live entertainment producers in the country. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and leads the team across all portfolios.
Rebecca Martin
Director of Press and Communications
Becky has been a press and communications professional for over 25 years with her roots in commercial strategy. It’s a little-known fact that she came up with the jingle for ‘Autoglass repair, Autoglass replace!’ during her tenure with the company. She moved into arts marketing in 2008 forming part of the senior leadership team for the launch of the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre and remained with the theatre until 2017 when she joined i am. Since then she’s led on all press and communication portfolios for the company with thousands of pieces of online and offline editorial to her name.
Daniel Stears
Senior Account Manager
Dan joined i am in January 2019 after a successful career leading the digital campaigns at Flying Music working on many UK comedy gigs as well as Thriller in the West End and on tour. A digital mastermind, Dan has been innovating i am digital’s operations including setting up the unique in-house programmatic trading desk. Within the first 3 months of operating, Dan led i am digital to a benchmark-smashing revolution in online media buying with clients expanding from the arts to the retail sector and beyond.

Paul Jennings
Social Media & Content Manager
Paul lives and breathes social media and great content. He began his career at the Ambassador Theatre Group as social media and content strategist for the prestigious Manchester Opera House and Palace Theatre. His dynamic, engaging and high-quality content production caught the eye of many high-profile producers across the country and in 2017 he joined i am to head up their pioneering Social Media & Content department. His electrifying social and content work covers the gamut of the arts, retail and hospitality sectors. 

Adam Pitt
Account Executive
A graduate actor turned seasoned agency professional, Adam keeps i am’s day-to-day administration operations ticking along with outstanding efficiency and delivery. His meticulous attention to detail has transformed the workflow process within the company ensuring that i am always deliver on time and to scrupulous high standards. From minute to minute each day you’ll find him balancing competing demands across all of our accounts and without ever even breaking a sweat or letting anybody down. His determined spirit speaks to the ethos of our company: great work, great people.

Chief Barketing Officer
Winnie can often be found snoozing in Patrick’s office or paying a visit to team members for a stroke (and in all likeliness, a treat). She has been an extra in many of i am’s campaigns including being the poster dog for The Wizard of Oz at the Blackpool Opera House in 2018. She auditioned for the main part in the actual show but decided she couldn’t be away from her beloved friends in the office for such an extended period of time. Winnie is everybody’s friend - your go-to for destressing as she’s always willing to listen to your problems and give you a lick to make you feel better.
